I'm from Animal Breeding and Genomics group.My project is immunogenetic analysis of autoantigen patterns in chicken. I will prescreen specific autoantigens from a set of autoantigens showing different patterns in H line and L line from a population of layers divergently selected for Nab levels binding KLH , calculate heritability , genetic correlation and maternal effect of IgG and IgM isotypes titers binding specific autoantigens in 3 successive generations, perform a genome wide association study for Naab titers to specific autoantigens, and analyze the stability of Naab profiles in H line and L line at 8, 16, and 32 weeks of age in a generation of the KLH selection lines.
