L A F Frantz

I am a final year PhD student from Animal and Breeding and Genomics group (Department of Animal Sciences)

I focus on the analysis of large, genome scale, data-sets of modern and ancient DNA. My primary research interest is Evolutionary Biology. I am particularly interested in characterising the effect that evolutionary processes, such as domestication and speciation, have had on the genome of diverse species such as pigs, dogs and humans.
